'III' is an experimental short horror by award winning director Jean-Philippe Lopez.
Delving into concepts of virtual world technologies, 'III' will take the viewer on dark and menacing ride into the shadows of the unconscious universe. Based on the concepts of Carl Jung and the dark themes of Edgar Allen Poe and David Lynch, 'III' tells the story of a young woman 'Simone' who blindly takes part in a scientific experiment for financial gain. Through the use of virtual head-pieces, Simone is taken into an uncompromising world where the shadows, ghouls and monsters are the reigning beings of her subconscious mind. As Simone descents into this dark world, a lurking shadow begins to hunt her down.
